Hourly Service:

Designed for clients who want to create a custom and personalized service.

Full Decor Package:

Designed for the client who is looking for a complete decor project and experience.

KODAinteriors will begin with an initial consultation. During this time we will discuss all of your wants and needs and go over the extent of your project. A budget is established at this time.

A project proposal will be created, which will include a flat rate. Upon approval we will move forward with the project.

Measurements will be taken. All potential pieces are sourced, and a detailed spreadsheet is provided, along with a shopping list, paint colours, visuals (sample boards and 3D renderings upon request, and for an additional fee), floorplans and detailed installation instructions.

A shopping consult can be requested (charged at an hourly rate). Once all items are purchased, a time is scheduled for all furniture, artwork and accessories to be set up in your home for you.

Photographer may be scheduled to take photos of final product.

One-time Consult Package:

Designed for the client who needs a plan, but can implement it themselves.

A flat rate is charged for this package. Contact KODAinteriors today for a free quote.

KODAinteriors will schedule an in-home visit with the client. This will include a consultation and measure. Photos of the home will be taken at this time as well.

A detailed guide/package is created for the client. It will include:

  • Inspiration picture(s)
  • Electronic sample/mood board
  • Floorplan with furniture layout suggestions
  • Paint colours
  • Detailed instructions
  • Shopping List
  • Budget

One revision to the shopping list is included should it be required.
